IndyGear is a website resource for Indiana Jones fans. Featuring vendors that can supply equipment used in the movies, like Indy's fedora and bullwhip, the site is also a story of the research involved by fans eager to know what happened to the originals. The quest of the fedora is especially intriguing, espeicially the AB story (Adventurebilt) on recreating the original Indiana Jones iconic headgear. In the guns section are the revolvers used in the movies and the WG model Webley is prominent in The Last Crusade. Indiana Jones is a real revolver kind of guy, and is well served by the robust .455 Webley.

Indiana Jones

Private John Camp of London, a member of the Royal Horse Artillery, had written a diary during the Great War where he had taken part in numerous battles, was wounded several times until finally in 1917, his wounds were serious enough to send him home. He enlisted in 1906, was sent to India and discharged in 1913. He was back in again for WW1. His military effects will be auctioned off at Dreweatts’ Militaria auction in Bristol on October 26th, including his medals and other papers, postcards, photographs, and of course his diary. He had witnessed the last of the cavalry charges, and also participated in the First Battle of Ypres in 1914. There is an account of his diary's contents on the Mail Online.
